talktogigi.ai is run by Gigi, KvK 99554097, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99554097. You can reach us at hello@mygutgoddess.com.

Gigi helps you notice patterns and think things through. She doesn't diagnose conditions, read test results as verdicts, prescribe treatment, or tell you to start, stop or change any medication.

Nothing on this site or from Gigi is medical advice, and none of it replaces a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Gigi is not a medical device, and she is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 112, or your local emergency number, or see a doctor straight away.

Gigi's replies are written by an AI system, not a person, and she will never claim to be human. The companions are characters, each with their own voice, and the same AI speaks for all of them. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so please check anything important with a professional.

• Joining is free, it commits you to nothing, and you can leave at any time.
• Joining doesn't guarantee a place or a date. We let people in gradually, and we decide the order, for example by who Gigi can help first.
• You need to be 18 or over, and to use your own name and email address. One entry per person, please.
• We may change or close the waiting list. If we close it, we'll let you know.

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• sign someone else up without their permission, or use made-up details;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to sign up or to copy the site;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
• present anything as coming from Gigi when it doesn't.

We may remove waiting list entries that break these rules.

The site and everything on it, including the text, the design, the name Gigi, the logo, and the companion characters and their images, belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to look, and to share links. Please don't copy, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Gigi without owing you anything for them. This doesn't cover your personal data, which stays protected by our privacy policy.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it always will be. We may change, pause or stop the site, or any part of it, at any time.

The site and the waiting list are free. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for loss or damage that comes from using them, or from relying on what's on them.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow that, including for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

These terms cover the website and the waiting list. When you start using Gigi, the app shows you the terms for that and asks for your agreement before your first message. Those apply alongside these.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and if a change matters and you're on the waiting list, we'll email you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most things can be put right that way. If they can't, disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
